At Luxe Styles, customer satisfaction is our priority. Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to our return conditions.
Important: Customers are required to send the parcel back to our warehouse using their own courier service and at their own cost. Please contact customer support before dispatching any return parcel.
Once the returned parcel is received and inspected, our team will determine whether the product qualifies for a return/refund.
Refund requests can be submitted within 7 days of receiving the parcel, subject to our Return Policy and product condition requirements.
Important Refund Notice: The customer must send the parcel back to our warehouse at their own cost. Luxe Styles will not pay or reimburse return courier charges. The 4% government tax is also non-refundable.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the applicable payment method and banking channel.
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are generally delivered within 3–4 working days.
Delays caused by weather, public holidays, courier issues or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.
