Exchange Policy

At Luxe Styles, customer satisfaction is our priority. Eligible products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to our exchange conditions.

Exchange Conditions

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
The product must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
Original packaging and tags should be included where applicable.
Used, washed, damaged or altered products may not be eligible for exchange.
Exchange requests must be approved by our customer support team before the product is sent back.
The customer must dispatch the exchange parcel to the Luxe Styles warehouse at their own expense.
All return/exchange shipping and courier charges will be paid by the customer and will not be reimbursed by Luxe Styles.
The replacement product will be subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, our customer support team will provide the available options.

Important: Customers are required to send the parcel back to our warehouse using their own courier service and at their own cost. Please contact customer support before dispatching any exchange parcel.
